“Dynamic Flex” Warm-ups for Training Sessions

The standard training session for soccer begins by warming the players up before taking them through a series of stretches that focus on the main muscle groups in the body. However, static stretches like this are not relevant within the game of rugby. Players do not need to be able to do the splits like gymnasts and dancers, but thy do need to perform diving, jumping and agility movements. Dynamic Flex is what allows a rugby player to do this: flexibility in action, if you like, combined with power and strength.
