At the core of the site is the MANUAL, "A Reference Manual for Successful Practice Sessions", which is available for purchase on-line. You can take a free look via the TABLE OF CONTENTS and a comprehensive SAMPLE of one of the practice sessions.
In addition, the COACHING SUPPORT area contains papers on various aspects of the game. These are also available for purchase on-line.
One of the blocks in COACHING SUPPORT covers many aspects of SAQ
training - Speed, Agility, Quickness. SAQ
, in my experience, is the most effective tool available for vast improvements in players' movement techniques. There is something here for all players from mini and junior to international level. Use it and you won't be disappointed!
There's lots of other stuff which will be useful and informative for all rugby fans. Just click on FEATURES and choose whatever interests you. Try your hand against the experts; track their analysis for a deeper understanding of the game; learn more about proper preparation and rehabilitation. There's plenty for everyone.
The FORUM will take you into the "inner sanctum" for in-depth discussion with our team, and invited leading players and coaches, on a variety of rugby subjects. You will be able to question the experts directly, just as you've always wanted to. You will need to be a current subscriber to the MANUAL to participate here.
CAMPS & WORKSHOPS offers a great oppurtunity for clubs, schools or other groups to kick-start their use of the manual. Up to one hundred and twenty (120) players and sixty (60) coaches can be given an intense grounding in the content of the manual over the course of our 3-day or 5-day camps.
We have chosen a small number of partners who will be able to give invaluable advice in appropriate areas such as warm-up, agility training, and flexibility. Just click on SPONSORS & AFFILIATES.
