- An effective coaching structure will contribute, not only to “winning performances”, but to both coaching and playing enjoyment.
- Creating playing and coaching pathways is vital for the successful longevity of your club. Players should be able to advance through the different age ranges with the necessary playing techniques and skills.
- Coaches should have the appropriate knowledge for the players and the team they coach.

Consultancy can be provided in various ways
- Through correspondence, and use of both the Bob Dwyer Rugby website and Coaching Manual.
- At Coach Education Evenings for all coaches at your clubs.
- Periods of attachment to your club – could be on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly or longer basis and could include monitoring and further review procedures.
- As part of our consultancy, we can also offer 3, 4 or 5 day camps for players, and coaching workshops for coaches.

- All involvements with Bob Dwyer’s Rugby Workshops are individually costed.
- As a company, we actively encourage the presence of sponsors at all our consultancies.
- Sponsorship for a limited period, which can be specific to our programs, will be far easier to achieve because it is being applied specifically to improving coaching and playing standards at your club or school.
- Sponsors can easily realise that their contribution is being put to good use.
